Mobility Workshop

Kari Hansen is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to yoga.  Kari owns LadyFish Yoga here in Three Forks. Mobility, flexibility, and core function name only some of what she will present at our mobility workshop next Saturday February 18 at 4pm. The cost is only $5 dollars! A membership is not needed.
